The English Premier League has made changes to the 2024-2025 league season schedule for October.

The English Premier League had to restructure the league fixtures for October to benefit broadcast selections in the United Kingdom.

Also, the changes are to make room for clubs that are expected to compete in European competitions – UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League – next season.

Note that all the 20 clubs qualified to participate in the 2024-2025 English Premier League will play 38 league games throughout the season; three to four of those games might be played within October.

The new season has been scheduled to start on August 17, 2024 and end in May 2025, which means that all 38 games must be played within the said period.
