AC Milan striker Alvaro Morata has been taken to the hospital after colliding in mid-air with centre-back Strahinja Pavlovic during training on Thursday, November 7.

The collision led to immediate medical attention, and Alvaro Morata was swiftly transported to a hospital located in Legnano for a thorough evaluation and treatment.

After undergoing an MRI scan, the former Real Madrid and Chelsea forward received an all-clear regarding his immediate health concerns; however, the medical staff decided it was best for him to remain in the hospital for observation.

As a result of this precautionary measure, Morata is expected to miss AC Milan’s upcoming Serie A match against Cagliari on Saturday, which will undoubtedly impact the team’s offensive strategy. In his absence, Tammy Abraham is anticipated to step up and fill the void in Milan’s attacking lineup.

Meanwhile, Victor Osimhen has reaffirmed his commitment to staying with Galatasaray for the remainder of the current season.

The Nigerian striker, who made a significant move to the RAMS Park on a season-long loan from Serie A club Napoli in the summer transfer window, is reportedly likely to leave the club this January.

Amid the speculation, Osimhen has made it clear that his focus is solely on his performance with Galatasaray. “They are talking about January, but I am here until the end of the season,” he stated in a recent interview with Nexus Sports.

He added, “I don’t know what Galatasaray and Napoli are discussing after that, but we will talk when the time comes. This is a club-like.”
