Students of Aptech Computer Education in Nigeria have benefitted from N64 million scholarships at the 16th edition of Aptech Career Quest in association with Middlesex University, London.
The scholarship represented 50 per cent of the beneficiaries’ tuition fee to study Advanced Diploma Software Engineering (ADSE) as well as Aptech Certified Network Specialist (ACNS) courses at Middlesex University London.
Also, N12 million scholarship was given to a student running a two-year Aptech Advanced Diploma course, making a total scholarship disbursement of N76 million.
At the event that took place at Muson Centre, Lagos, the Assistant Vice-President, International Business Aptech Learning India, Seetam Thakuri, said the platform offers IT students the special opportunity to optimise their knowledge and skills in Middlesex University at either the London or Dubai campus.
“For over 16 years, we have been a window or a door for thousands of students to obtain the United Kingdom’s (UK) degree. “The current exchange rate in Nigeria has compounded parents’ difficulty in sending their children to London for their degree programmes.
“However, students of Aptech who are trained in the latest AI-enabled or AI advanced diploma courses are entitled to credit transfer facilities with direct entry to Middlesex University to run their degree programmes.”
