Flora Chiedo, aka DJ Flo, one half of the recently evicted pair, Flourish, has said that another pair in the house— Wanni x Handi— acted without class by abusing the former when they were evicted last Sunday.
Sharing her thoughts on their behavior, she told Sunday Scoop, “I felt it was very classless and ‘razz’, and I wasn’t going to respond to that. We had to leave gracefully, and that’s all that mattered.”
She also maintained that contrary to insinuations online, her partner— Ruthie— did not spoil her chances in the house. She said, “I don’t think that happened. I know that some people are trying to run with a narrative, but I feel that everything that happened was for a reason. Ruthie was her authentic self on the show.
“As a matter of fact, she was considerate of my feelings from the beginning. But, she is a very blunt person, and she sometimes needs to respond to some people. However, that day, it was needed (for her to respond to Wanni x Handi). I don’t think she ruined anything, or that we ruined anything for each other.”
On her next moves after the show, she said, “As it is well known, I am a DJ. I want to expand on that, and make it bigger. I want to create as many contents as I can.
“Also, before going into the house, I used to speak to women who were victims of gender-based sexual violence. I want to expand on that as well, and create a space where women like that can come for help.”
