The screening of individuals recently nominated as new Ministers by President Bola Tinubu has been postponed by the Senate.
Naija News reports the screening was expected to take place today, Tuesday, 29th October.
However, an update given in a statement by the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on National Assembly matters, Basheer Lado, confirmed that the screening exercise has been postponed.
The statement added that the postponement was to allow the nominees to conclude all necessary documentation.
The new date for the screening has now been set for Wednesday, October 30, by 12 pm.
