[BREAKING] UniAbuja: Na’allah hands over to 41-year-old Acting VC, Aisha Maikudi

The immediate past Vice-Chancellor of the University of Abuja has officially handed over the reins of the university to his successor, 41-year-old Professor Aisha Maikudi.

This comes as the 10th Governing Council of the institution will be inaugurated on Thursday, July 4, 2024.

At a brief handover ceremony at the Vice Chancellor’s Conference Room in the university’s permanent site on Monday, Prof. Na’Allah urged the university staff to give unconditional support to the Acting VC.

In her response, Prof. Maikudi pledged to build on the achievements of the outgoing Vice Chancellor.

She also disclosed that the 10th Governing Council of the institution will be inaugurated this Thursday.
