CIPM set to tackle HR management challenges

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will address the country’s current human resources management challenges at its 56th international conference and exhibition.

A statement by CIPM disclosed that the conference, themed ‘Managing People and Businesses for Resilience,” will be a gathering of global experts, industry leaders and thought pioneers dedicated to exploring and addressing contemporary challenges in human resources and business management’ and is scheduled to take place in Abuja.

The President and Chairman of the Governing Council of CIPM, Mallam Ahmed Gobir, said, “The 56th international conference and exhibition is a testament to our commitment to advancing the field of human resource management.

“It is an opportunity for professionals to come together, share knowledge, and develop strategies that will drive resilience and growth in people and their organisations. We encourage everyone to attend and be part of this transformative experience.”

Speaking, the Chairman of the 56th ICE Planning Committee, Kennedy Dike, described the upcoming conference as particularly significant for HR thought leaders and business leaders navigating an era marked by rapid change and unprecedented challenges.

Dike highlighted that the theme ‘Managing People and Businesses for Resilience’ underscored the importance of adaptability, innovation, and sustainability practices in achieving long-term success.

He assured attendees of a great lineup of distinguished speakers and experts who will offer invaluable perspectives and practical insights to empower organizations and individuals alike.
