COPAN Defends Seyi Tinubu’s N500m Donation To Borno Flood Victims

The Conference of Patriotic Nigerians (COPAN) Coordinator, Barrister Uchenna Odieli, has commended Seyi Tinubu for donating N500million to flood victims in Maiduguri, Borno State.

In a statement, Barrister Odieli emphasised that although frequently maligned, Seyi Tinubu has remained focused and steadfast and has continued to render selfless service to mankind, as seen in his recent gesture alongside other friends.

“Your selfless acts of kindness and generosity often go unacknowledged, overshadowed by unfounded criticism, but many Nigerians see and appreciate them,” COPAN said.

COPAN further reiterated that the recent donation of N500 million to flood disaster victims in Maiduguri is a testimony to Seyi’s compassion and empathy.

“This remarkable gesture has brought hope and relief to those affected and demonstrated his commitment to the wellbeing of fellow citizens, irrespective of class, tribe, or religion.

“While some focus on baseless criticisms, we in COPAN have highlighted your positive contributions and impact for posterity.

Your philanthropic gesture demonstrates a deep understanding of many struggles and a willingness to make a difference.

“Once again, we commend you for your generous donation to flood disaster victims, consistent support for vulnerable communities, and unwavering commitment to social responsibility.
