The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede, has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to enhancing healthcare services within the community.

Oloyede made this announcement on Sunday while unveiling the newly rehabilitated Alade Street, where he also revealed plans to begin rehabilitating Banjoko Primary Health Care Centre.

In a statement signed by the Head of Media Office to the chairman, Gbenga Soloki, on Monday, Oloyede emphasised that the upgraded facility would be equipped to provide both primary and secondary healthcare services, ensuring that residents have better access to essential medical care.

The statement read, “Oloyede’s announcement is part of a broader initiative to improve infrastructure and public services across the Oshodi-Isolo area.

“The chairman’s focus on health care underscores his dedication to addressing the community’s needs, following successful projects like the street rehabilitation and installation of solar-powered streetlights.”

The vice chairman, Modupeola Badmus-Aregbe, who cut the tape to unveil the water project, thanked the council chairman for the “people-oriented projects he is doing,” promising to continue her support for his efforts.

A party chieftain and leader of the All Progressives Congress in Oshodi, Kehinde Olorunoje, commended the council chairman as he unveiled the plaque to commission the street.

Residents have enthusiastically welcomed the developments, expressing their gratitude for the improvements and their optimism about future projects under Oloyede’s leadership.
