Urban Living Development has reiterated its commitment to redefining Lagos’s real estate landscape.
According to a statement on Wednesday, the firm also unveiled its latest project, Mega Bungalows, in the Ketu Epe area of Lagos State.
The Managing Director of Urban Living Development, John Oyedepo, disclosed this during an open house event held recently, showcasing the firm’s ambition to transform the real estate sector in the state.
“Our goal is to meet the housing needs of Lagosians by providing modern, affordable living spaces in strategic locations. Mega Bungalows is one of many projects aimed at fulfilling that vision,” he stated.
The company’s Chief Operating Officer, Olawale Aremu, highlighted the potential impact of the Mega Bungalows project, describing it as a key driver of growth in Lagos’s housing market.
He added that Mega Bungalows was set to benefit from its proximity to key developments like the Lagos State Food Hub and the proposed Lekki-Epe International Airport.
He added that the Food Hub, which is expected to employ over 16,000 people, is anticipated to drive demand for housing in the area.
