Anthony Agbo, Dr. Boniface Chima, Dr. Emmanuel Echiegu, Chief of Staff, Chief Mathias Adum, Principal Secretary to the Governor, Chief Godwin Mbam, and Prof. Grace Umezuruike, Secretary to the State Government, as members.
