Brighton head coach, Fabian Hürzeler, at just 31 years old, has achieved an impressive feat by winning the Premier League Manager of the Month award for August 2024.

As the youngest permanent manager in Premier League history, Fabian Hürzeler has demonstrated exceptional tactical skills, leading Brighton to an unbeaten run in August 2024. He has now capped it up by being the youngest coach to win the Premier League Manager of the Month.

Hürzeler’s managerial prowess was evident in Brighton’s victories over Everton and Manchester United, as well as their draw against Coach Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

Hürzeler won the Premier League Manager of the Month award for August ahead of seasoned managers such as Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, Arteta of Arsenal, and Arne Slot of Liverpool, whose team recorded three straight wins without conceding a goal in the month under review.

Recall that Fabian Hürzeler, whose managerial career started at the German lower league club FC Pipinsried, left FC St. Pauli to coach Brighton in July 2024 following the exit of Roberto De Zerbi.

The German tactician is determined to build on the team’s previous successes and aims to lead the Seagulls to victory in their upcoming match against Ipswich Town.

Currently, Brighton sits in the 3rd spot on the Premier League table, with 7 points from 3 league matches.
