Firm to promote sustainability through mentorship

Plans have been concluded by a Human Resource and Management Consulting firm, EZ37 Solutions Limited to shape the future of coaching and leadership across the public and private sectors.

Chief Executive Officer of EZ37 Solutions Limited and founder of International Coaching Expo (ICE), Adaora Ayoade, said this ahead of its conference, where it would embark on a mentoring streak on sustainable impact across sectors.

She said the virtual International Coaching Expo (ICE), slated to be held from Oct 10 to 11, will bring together experts and practitioners in the coaching industry to explore emerging trends, best practices, and innovative strategies for maximising coaching effectiveness and creating sustainable outcomes.

According to her, the conference and theme are converging points for industry experts and professionals alike with the theme as ‘The ICE will’.

Ayoade added that the two-day virtual coaching conference would gather organisation leaders, senior management executives, professional coaches, and HR and L&D practitioners from various industry sectors, creating a unique opportunity to showcase products and services to a targeted audience.
