Two firms, SFS Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and Finnish company, LC Technology have showcased how technological advancements could be harnessed to deliver superior value to investors and stakeholders in the real estate sector.

At the signing ceremony in Lagos, the Managing Director, SFS Capital Nigeria Ltd, Patrick Ilodianya, said the collaboration through the innovative proptech application, Tatalot, aims to revolutionise the management and operational efficiency of SFS Group’s residential real estate portfolio. He said the integration of the application with SFS REIT was a step of a transformative journey towards enhanced sales life cycle management.

According to him, the agreement marks a significant milestone in the firm’s mission to improve the efficient management of its residential real estate portfolio.

He stressed that the application has advanced features that streamline property management processes, offer real-time data analytics, automated workflows and enhanced communication channels between property managers and tenants. He added that the SFS Group aims to optimise operational efficiencies, boost tenant satisfaction and drive growth in its real estate investments.
