Flying Eagles forward, Kparobo Arierhi, has agreed a move to Norwegian top-flight club Lillestrøm SK.
Arierhi will sign a permanent contract with Lillestrøm when the transfer window reopens in January.
The 17-year-old will link up with Canaries from Nigeria National League (NNL) outfit, Beyond Limits FA.
The striker arrived in Norway on Friday and has started training with his new teammates.
“We have reached an agreement in strong competition with many big clubs in Europe. There are still clubs calling his agent and wondering how much LSK will pay for this great talent even before he has made his debut for the club,” Sporting director Simon Mesfin stated in the club’s official website.
“I have never come across that interest. But he will be allowed to continue his development here and score many goals for LSK before he will be allowed to be sold,” he said.
The player was extremely delighted to be back at the club after his previous stint on trial.
“I am very happy to be back here. It’s like a dream for me. I’ve developed a lot since I was here last. The goal is to become so good that I can eventually play for one of the top clubs in Europe,” Arierhi said.
The talented striker scored three goals for Nigeria at the WAFU B U-20 Championship in Togo.
