Food Critic Accuses Cubana Chiefpriest of Threatening His Life

Popular food critic Opeyemi Famakin has alleged that entertainment mogul Cubana Chiefpriest threatened his life after he posted a review of Chiefpriest’s restaurant in Imo State.

Famakin had praised the restaurant’s ambiance but criticized the pastries, saying they should not have been pre-made and microwaved. Chiefpriest initially responded graciously, but later sent Famakin a direct message that Famakin interpreted as a threat.

Famakin shared screenshots of the conversation, in which Chiefpriest wrote, “Karma is real, you must pay for whatever you sow in life. I don’t fight lowlifes, I leave them to karma.”

Famakin has urged the public to hold Chiefpriest responsible if anything happens to him, saying, “I know a threat when I see one. I guess it’s time to leave Imo State ASAP.”
