Nigerian singer Jaywon has revealed a strained relationship with colleague Ayra Starr.
The controversy stems from a viral photo where Ayra Starr appeared to prevent Jaywon from holding her waist.
In an interview with News Central, Jaywon blamed Ayra Starr and her management for not addressing trolls who mocked him.
“We are not cool,” Jaywon stated. “They didn’t call the trolls to order; instead, they promoted the picture.”
Jaywon clarified that he took the photo to support and celebrate Ayra Starr’s success.
