The Katsina State Police Commissioner, Aliyu Musa, on Tuesday decorated 109 newly promoted officers.
The ceremony took place at the Police Officers’ Mess, Kangiwa Road, GRA, Katsina.
Speaking, Musa said, “I want to commend the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, PhD for recognising the officers’ hard work and dedication”.
He congratulated the officers on their well-deserved promotions and urged them to continue demonstrating exceptional commitment to duty.
The promoted officers, ranging from Inspector to Assistant Superintendent of Police II were decorated with their new ranks in the presence of colleagues, family members, and friends.
