Kogi Monarch Lauds Tinubu Over Momoh’s Appointment To Mortgage Bank Board

The Ohinoyi of Ebiraland, His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Dr. Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, has commended President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for appointing the immediate past Accountant General (AG) of Kogi State, Alhaji Jibril Momoh, to the board of the National Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

In a statement by the chief press secretary to the Ohinoyi, Abdulhakeem O.O, the royal father, who described the appointment as well-deserved, acknowledges Alhaji Momoh’s expertise in the financial sector, during his tenure as the accountant general of Kogi State.

The monarch expressed confidence in Alhaji Momoh’s ability, which made him thrive positively in his previous duty in the state. He also urged him to channel the same effort to contribute significantly to the mortgage sector.

The statement said, “His Royal Majesty, Ohinoyi of Ebira, Alhaji Dr. Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje, extends his heartfelt congratulations to Alhaji Jibril Momoh on his well-deserved appointment as Board Member of the National Mortgage Bank of Nigeria by His Excellency, President Ahmed Bola Tinubu GCFR.
