Kwara APC chieftain urges eligible voters to register, vote

A chieftain of the All Progressive Party (APC) in Kwara State, Dr. Kolo Babajiya has made a personal appeal to eligible voters in the state to come out and register to enable them exercise their civic rights during the up coming council elections.

The state Independent Electoral Commission (KWSEIC) has announced and released Local Government Election timetable and its activities towards 21st Sept, 2024.

Babajiya, the APC senatorial candidate hopeful from Kwara North senatorial district, has therefore appealed to the general public, politicians, stakeholders, to come out and registered and vote in the upcoming local government election in the sixteen (16) local government council areas of the state.

The grassroots politician and mobilizer adviced that every vote will count in the local government election, “for us to have credible and trusted candidates to be our local government administrators, we must come out enmass to register and vote, this is very important.

“Local Government administration is the closest to the rural dwellers hence we need to be part and parcel of the process that will usher in new local government chairman and councillors come Saturday, 21st September, 2024.”

Dr. Babajiya Known for his stead fastness assured the people that Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq is steadily taken the state to another level of commendation in social economy development and stable political life.

“We need to support and pray for Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq who is stoically committed and focused to delivering dividends of democracy to nook and crannies of the state of harmony.”

According to Haske Patigi who remains a political key player in the state, the rapid infrastructure development in kwara state is stabilizing the Kwara economy, there is no doubt that Kwara is on the high way to economic recovery.

The party chieftain reminded the APC big family in the state and in particular patigi local government continue to be their brothers keeper, be security conscious and say something when you see something to relevant security agency so that our community will be more saver.
