Los Blancos were left to rue their chances in the first half as Barcelona turned on a different gear after the break.

Robert Lewandowski grabbed a quickfire brace before Lamine Yamal and Raphinha completed the rout in devastating fashion.

Lamine Yamal hits the calma celebration

Yamal's celebration was particularly interesting after the 17-year-old pulled out the calma celebration in front of the Bernabeu crowd. At only 17 years and 16 days, the Spanish teenager became the youngest goalscorer in El Clasico history.

The 'Calma, I'm here' celebration was started off by Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo, who used it against Barcelona a couple of seasons back.

To rub salt into the wound, Yamal also danced after hitting the calma celebration. Fans are convinced he was trolling Vinicius Junior, who dances from time to time after scoring.

Speaking after the game, Yamal encouraged his team to be relentless in the pursuit of their goals this season.

"I want to say: visca Barca! Let's go and win La Liga; we go for it now," he told the club's media.

He is now up to five goals and six assists for the season. Only Lewandowski and Raphinha have more goal involvements than him in the entire division.

The win stretched Barcelona's lead at the top of the table to six points after 11 games.
