My Business And Career Must Prosper

Psalm 127:1; Deuteronomy 28:13; 3 John 1:2; 1 Corinthians 16:9; Matthew 4:8–10.

The principles for gathering wealth and success in career and business work for both unbelievers and believers. But the Bible says something. It says, “Except the Lord build a house, they labour in vain that build it.” You could gather wealth, progress, and breakthroughs, and the enemy may decide that you will not enjoy them. So these laws for wealth are general, and if you follow them, you will get wealth. Unbelievers get it, but sometimes they want to live God out of the equation. The Bible says, “God makes the sun shine on the good and the bad. God makes rain fall on the just and the unjust.”

So do not be surprised if some unbelievers understand the laws of success and they are getting it right, and then they are believers who are not getting either because they do not understand the laws or they do not know how to operate. Believers are at an advantage that we mostly do not use. That is part of why we called this meeting so that you can exploit that advantage. That advantage is what the Bible says in Deuteronomy 28:13.

Deuteronomy 28:13 (KJV) says: ”And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them.”

If that is what the Bible says, but you are not experiencing it practically, there are actions to take.

Psalms 127:1 (KJV) says: ”Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.”

This tells us quite clearly that nothing happens if God does not want it to happen. No matter whatever you believe, this is the truth.

3 John 1:2 (KJV) tells us: ”Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

The fact that God has promised you will get something does not mean you will get it.

1 Corinthians 16:9 (KJV) says: ”For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries.”

There is a battle in the market. There is controversy and confrontation in market places, monitored by evil strongmen, wicked and market elders. It is time for believers to begin to realise that businesses and careers are spiritual, and the devil is all out to prevent the children of God from making them big. Business and career are a world of intensive spiritual war and conflict. The devil knows the importance of controlling wealth and money in an economy.

In Matthew 4:8–10, the devil said something, and Jesus did not contest it. So you can see where we need to pray.

Matthew 4:8–10 (KJV) says: ”Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceedingly high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan, for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.”

Jesus did not contest this statement that he made. So we know that there are powers in the market place controlling things, and such powers do not want wealth in the hands of Christians.

We know that the business and career worlds are areas of intensive warfare.

In fact, the business and career world is a world of 30 things. I am saying this so you know how to pray:

Risk, occultism: millions of people enter into the occult just to make money. It is so bad that some do not even mind killing their own fathers to make money. We call such monies “blood money.”

Intricate deception.

Cruelty: A lot of wicked things are going on there.

Emptiers: they wait for some people to gather, then empty it.

• This is why I am prophesying upon the life of somebody here: any power of the emptiers assigned to your life shall be buried alive, in the name of Jesus.

Demonic embargo: they say, “This is how far you can go; you cannot go further than this.”

Evil veil or umbrella: they can cast a veil upon somebody’s occupation, career, or business. You know how to do everything very well, but you are being covered up.

Polluted sources of wealth.

Unclean business.

Survival of the fittest.

Crab spirit: pulling down those at the top, pulling down others because you want to rise.

Witchcraft: A lot of people are into traditional, local, ancestral, and wicked witchcraft because of their businesses and careers.

Manipulation.

Generational failure: that is, the parents did not make it, and they do not want the children to make it too.

Seasonal success in business and career: sometimes something works. At other times, it does not work again.

Failure at the edge of success: no wonder Paul said, “Open doors, but there are many adversaries standing at the back of those doors.”

Mysterious and unexplainable stagnation and retardation.

Unrighteous evil diplomacy.

Compromise.

Wrong partnership, demonically organised.

Shorter bed and narrow blanket (Isaiah 28:20): just trying and trying, never making ends meet.

Spirit of Inadequacy.

Lack of proper management and investment consciousness.

A corrupted environment is corrupting businesses.

Good businesses put on accursed and bewitched premises.

Dream attacks and sexual pollution.

Like we heard when prayers were being called today: hand, leg, and head manipulation.

Self-abuse.

Set back.

Spiritual warfare.

That is why a lot of business people are practically witchdoctors and native doctors because they know the forces that are therein. So we must take cognisance of these 30 things and deal with them at the altar of prayer, in addition to understanding the biblical principles of making wealth and having success. We will stop here for now.

Satanic hands touching my business and finances catch fire, in the name of Jesus.

I pursue the enemies of my business; I pursue the enemies of my career; I overtake them, and I recover what they have stolen, in the name of Jesus.

Owners of evil loads, hear the Word of the Lord: carry your load, in the name of Jesus.

Whoever must disappear for me to sit in my seat, disappear in the name of Jesus.
