Abdallah signed a two-year contract with the club and the deal comes with a possibility of a year extension.

Abdallah’s impressive track record includes winning the NPFL title with Enyimba in 2019 and helping Katsina United secure promotion to the NPFL. He is one of the coaches in the league with a UEFA A License.

Kano Pillars will commence the 2024/25 season at home against the newly promoted Ikorodu City.

Ladan Bosso Given Target:

Bayelsa United have set a clear objective for their newly appointed head coach, Ladan Bosso.

Following their subpar performance in the previous NPFL season, the Yenagoa club narrowly avoided relegation.

In the coming season, they seek to secure a continental football ticket which means they are expected to finish in the top three or win the Federation Cup.

In his previous tenure with Bayelsa United, Bosso guided the team to a third-place finish in the NPFL.

“You are an accomplished coach, and we expect you to get us continental football next year,” the Bayelsa State sports commissioner, Daniel Igali, charged Basso.
