Gombe United’s General Manager, Malam Abubakar Abubakar (Yellow), has taken on a new role as the coordinator of the Flying Eagles.

This announcement was made by Gombe United via their X page. This development comes after the recent appointment of Aliyu Zubairu as the new head coach of the Flying Eagles. Note that both Abubakar and Zubairu previously worked together at Gombe United in 2023.

The Flying Eagles are currently in preparations for the WAFU B Under-20 Championship in Abuja.
