A real estate development company, Palton Morgan Holdings, has canvassed eco-conscious living among Nigerians.

Speaking at an event organised by NextGen, themed “Seed of Wellness”,  in Lagos, the Director of Project and Construction Management, Paltin Morgan Holdings, Peter Raven, said the company was embracing the growing interest in eco-conscious living.

According to Raven, the company developments have as one of the key objectives to provide a special entrance experience.

He said, “A balance between hard and soft landscape. Wow-feeling for the owners on a daily basis, wow feeling for visitors. The first part one sees on a project is when you arrive.

“Beautifully landscaped areas, flowers, plants, trees, the breeze in the leaves, the effect of light filtering through the green, the play of shadows, of smells.

There is no doubt within Palton Morgan Holdings that sustainability and commercial viability can go hand in hand.”

He noted that the company was putting emphasis on creating landscape-rich experiences, focused on the entrance experience, within their developments.

He added, “Palton Morgan Holdings projects want to be recognised for it.

“Customers welfare will be the great winner. Customers will know what they get if they buy their home with Palton Morgan Holdings.

“Other developers will see the impact and our success in that matter and copy. The homeowner will be the one that benefits from this most.”

The Head of Brands and Marketing, Palton Morgan Holdings, Folake Johnson, called on every Nigerian and African in general to embrace a biophilic lifestyle.

Johnson emphasised the importance of nature, adding, “When looking for property to buy, not just because you want to buy it but you are also looking at the general wellness of yourself and your family.

“So biophilic designs are the future of real estate and that is what makes Palton Morgan Holdings stands out because we are intentional about our properties.”

Meanwhile, the organiser of the event, Durosinmi Etti, explained that the idea of “Seed of Wellness” was to encourage people to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

She said, “Everything begins with a seed. So we encourage people to grow their own food, have their own garden and have beautiful landscapes around them so that they can have fresh air to breathe.”
