Phillips Consulting, a Nigerian consulting firm, and Assima, a system training platform, have announced a partnership to help organisations stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape in Africa.
At a briefing in Lagos on Wednesday, the Senior Partner at Phillips Consulting, Paul Ayim, noted that for the first time, clients from Africa would have access to the world’s top system training platform.
“With the combined experience and expertise of more than 50 years, Phillips Consulting and Assima will provide immediate and effective solutions to existing training challenges, leading to smoother transitions, better adoption of new systems, and greater success in achieving strategic goals,” he said.
He stated that the collaboration aimed to elevate the way organisations train across the African market.
“This partnership leverages the latest innovations in training and change management, providing a holistic solution that addresses both technical and human aspects of business transformation,” Ayim declared.
PCL’s Head of Delivery, Christian Edohor, explained that the Assima solution would enable organisations to achieve efficiency in their training, eliminate errors during training and maximise cost.
The Chief Executive Officer of Assima, Brendan Scullion, said the partnership would facilitate the growth of PCL’s services and Assima software in the African market.
“The combined expertise of both companies will elevate the standards of systems process training to unprecedented levels,” Scullion remarked.
