Police Arrest Vigilante For Allegedly Killing 2 Over Farm Dispute In Adamawa

The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 31-year-old Mali Emmanuel Bori, a vigilante for allegedly killing Emmanuel Hamma Shehu and Almond Hamma Shehu over land dispute.

The deceased are said to be residents of Bori village in Koma District of Jada local government are of the state.

According to the Command’s Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Yahaya, the suspect had a dispute with the victims over a farm located at Bori which resulted into a fight.

During the altercation, Emmanuel allegedly used his Dane gun to shoot the victims leading to their unfortunate deaths.

Meanwhile, the Command said it arrested Sani Babayo and Ahmadu Suleiman for cattle rustling at Ngurore Market in Yola South local government area of the state.

Nguroje urged the public whose cattle were stolen to visit the Crack Squad of the Command to claim their animals.
