Adegboruwa also addressed the Inspector General’s request for a meeting on Tuesday, suggesting that the meeting be expanded and held virtually to accommodate all stakeholders.

He emphasized that the meeting would be led by prominent human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN) and include representatives from the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), other lawyers, and civil society organizations.

The solicitor underscored the importance of these meetings, rallies, and processions being conducted peacefully, and highlighted the need for effective coordination with the police to prevent any disruptions or crises.
