One of the notable engineering construction companies in Nigeria, Setraco Nigeria Limited has said it is firmly dedicated to constructing pathways to the future of the nation.

The company disclosed this recently as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu commissioned several projects, handled by the company, marking the first anniversary of his Presidency.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, alongside the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Barr. Nyesom Wike, other ministers and dignitaries were present at the inauguration of the Southern Park Way project which was named Bola Ahmed Tinubu Way (after the President).

The managing director of Setraco Nigeria Limited, Engr. Ziad Mouannes was also present.

“It is a highway, spanning from the Christian Centre (S8/S9) to Ring Road I (RRI), Phase I&II (Area 11) in Abuja, and includes the development of a 21.05KM stretch of double-lane roadway, enhancing connectivity and infrastructure for the region. Other notable projects constructed by Setraco Nigeria limited and commissioned to mark the one year Anniversary of the President, included the Ogbai-Emakalakala-Akipelai-Etiama-Nembe Road and Bridges in Bayelsa State, being a project by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). The Managing Director of NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku at the commissioning ceremony thanked Setraco for the expertise it exhibited on the road, owing to its swampy terrain.

“In Rivers State, Governor Siminalayi Fubara commissioned Omoku-Egbema Road, a 21.7km dual carriageway which also marked his one-year anniversary in office.

This road has assuaged commuters long hours of agony while travelling and has enhanced development within the community, and the state in general. A company with the ability to deliver such significant projects across the country, Setraco is indeed living to its mantra as one of the leading engineering construction companies in Nigeria; Bridging for the Future,’’ a source within the company noted.
