Sexual purity should be your first New Year resolution!

Dear Madam Temilolu,

Kudos on your commitment to the path of morality and the kingdom of God. How I wish the average minister and parents, too, would emphasise chastity the way you do. Perhaps the world wouldn’t be as depraved as it is today!

Unfortunately, 95 per cent of youngsters before the age of 20 are no longer sexually pure. There’s no longer love, value, or esteem for morality in society. Everyone now believes sex is their right—whether married or not.

Truth be told, the average girl or lady is a prostitute! They don’t believe sex should be deferred to the future, to the right time (in marriage), yet they claim they are not prostitutes. The male folk aren’t left out either!

How can you partake in what prostitutes partake in and say you are not a prostitute? I only divide them into two categories: domestic prostitutes and wild prostitutes. If you are not married and you are engaging in sex, you must belong to one of these categories (a domestic or a wild prostitute).

If you are still under your parent’s roof or under a guardian’s care and you are doing what they are doing, you are a prostitute.

That’s the truth in a biblical or moral sense (Matthew 19:5). A prostitute’s sin is not different from the sin of fornication (Revelation 2:20-22).

At least, this is something you could agree with. Thus, if you are a fornicator, you and a prostitute will face the same judgment (James 2:10 & 11).

A domestic prostitute is one who is having sex while being a member of a home, whether for pay or not, or for sexual satisfaction as an act of indiscipline.

Though under a parent’s or guardian’s roof, they may not have the independence or circumstances that would push them to become a specialized prostitute. They could be students or learning a skill under their parents or guardians.

The fact is, males do not approach them with the same motives they declare when approaching a wild prostitute, but those ladies must have received some benefits, such as money or a phone, just as when they patronize a wild prostitute.

They must have paid for the sex in one way or another. And they may rather use words like “we are dating,” “we are in a relationship,” or “we’re just friends.” But the truth is, such relationships rarely go anywhere. After a few months, they break up and move on to the next person.

I could go on and on about this matter. My fear is for the children this present generation of youths will bring into the world.

I pray God continues to empower you and raise more people like you to fight this war against our children’s destiny and the sanity of the world!

My darling, precious, glorious, dignified, world-famous, and heavenly celebrated Nigerian sisters,

I must confess that many of you are lost in a world engulfed by darkness unless you have parents who make concerted efforts to raise you in godliness.

I must also say that it takes not only the spirit of God in such a youth but also determination, and shutting your eyes and ears to the world, to remain a virgin until marriage!

I dare say that a lot of women had their destinies thwarted and practically scattered when they were deflowered! This is a very serious matter.

If you are conversant with social media, you would have seen videos in recent times where some ladies went insane after hanging out and sleeping with some internet fraudsters, otherwise known as “Yahoo boys!” They were used for rituals to empower them in their fraud and enrich them!

In fact, I saw a video of a lady whose hands and legs were tied by an innocent-looking young man who was planning to dismember her after sleeping with her—for rituals!

The point is, as we’re told in the Bible, the world lies in great mystery and darkness. It has been playing out for ages and is getting worse. Sexual intercourse has great consequences on your destiny, whether you believe it or not! Who or what you allow into your destiny can derail your life and cause irreparable damage if care isn’t taken!

Even if you didn’t know the consequences and just dabbled into it out of love, or perhaps you were abused, you can refrain from the ungodly path and start life afresh on a clean slate this year. You’d be pleasantly surprised at how wonderful your life will turn out! There’s more coming your way on this.
