As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria rewarded 55 loyal customers at its recent Member Get Member payout ceremony in Lagos.
In a statement on Monday, the bank stated that the MGM campaign, which was part of its Affluent Banking Referral Campaign, encouraged existing clients and staff to refer family and friends to open accounts, with rewards given for successful referrals.
According to the lender, the initiative was aimed at strengthening customer engagement and loyalty.
The Head of Affluent Banking and Branches, Chima Ebor, noted that Nigeria and West Africa, expressed appreciation for the clients’ role in the bank’s growth, adding that the campaign not only enhanced customer interaction but also expanded the bank’s client base.
Also, the Country Head of Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing of Standard Chartered Bank, Joke Adu, highlighted the importance of the campaign in celebrating the bank’s 25th anniversary, reaffirming the bank’s commitment to sustainable growth and customer partnerships.
The PUNCH reports that Standard Chartered Bank has partnered with the Lagos Food Bank Initiative to sort, pack and distribute food and dental hygiene boxes to support 300 underprivileged and vulnerable families.
