European fans of DJ Shakez are in a frenzy, eagerly looking forward to being thrilled on the Greek island of Malia by the international sensation. Based in the UK, the Sierra Leonean global entertainer, born Celestino Oladipo Mahib, has captivated audiences worldwide.

Shakez’s rise to the global stage as a disc jockey was built on many years of consistency and dedication to the music art, creating exotic mixes and remixes to the thrill and admiration of global audiences. According to him, it is in keeping with this tradition that he is preparing to set different areas on the European island rocking.

Looking back, DJ Shakez says he has been able to sustain progress in his craft because he is driven by his vision and mission to be a very professional and precise person, striving to bring the best out of whatever task he is faced with. He adds that his ability to juggle between the business and music worlds has gained him recognition.

Although DJ Shakez is based in the UK, he never fails to carry the Sierra Leone flag at any of his performances. He believes many young people in Sierra Leone look up to him, and he feels it is his duty to be a better person to inspire the youth.

He says one of his biggest moments as a DJ was being able to play for the global star Snoop Dogg.

“I will never forget the time I DJed and warmed up for Snoop Dogg in Manchester,” Shakez said.
