VGG unveils tech solutions

A Nigerian technology holding company, Venture Garden Group, introduced several tech solution companies at the Global Tech Africa Conference 2024.

At the Global Tech Africa Conference 2024 which took place from July 24-26 in Lagos, VGG introduced participants to its solutions offered through its companies including Advancly, PowerTech Nigeria, Vigipay, EduTech Business, VigiLearn, Trail, BaseOne, Trips Africa, Vibranium Valley, Splashers, PeopleOS, Argon BlueChip, Zoome and Max.

In a statement, VGG said it leveraged the platform of the Global Tech Africa Conference 2024, an event that it said attracted over 10,000 participants, to display the group’s role in facilitating transformative growth across Africa through engaging demos, cutting-edge product showcases, and interactive experiences.

The VGG noted that its leadership shared knowledge at the conference during panel sessions as its Founder and Managing Partner of Greenhouse Capital, Bunmi Akinyemiju.

According to the tech holding company, Akinyemiju spoke on ‘Unlocking Liquidity: Catalysing Growth Through Strategic Investments and Innovation’ where he emphasised the importance of creating ecosystems that drive sustainable growth and economic transformation through strategic investments.

The company also stated that its co-founder and partner, Ademola Idowu, shared insight at the event as he offered practical advice to emerging tech entrepreneurs during the “Funding Tech Startups” session.

Idowu, who is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the VGN Social Foundation for Youth Empowerment, said the emphasis was on empowering startups to scale sustainably, creating an environment where innovation flourishes.

“Securing funding is just the start,” Idowu submitted.

The VGG said it also engaged in dialogues with key stakeholders, including the convener of the Global Tech Africa Conference, Dr Inya Lawal.
