A Nigerian pastor has gone viral after asking members of his church to bring beer to church.
The church members complied and went to a church service holding bottles of Star Lager Beer.
Apparently, the theme for the church service is that members would shine like stars after the pastor had prayed for them.
To make them shine like starts, the pastor was spotted holding a bottle of Star Beer and declaring that members of the church would shine.
Members also held up their own bottles of Star beer, but it is not clear if they later drank it.
Some people who commented on the video noted that they found it interesting that a church was almosted turned into a beer palour.
The video is captioned:
