Veteran Nollywood actor, Chiwetalu Agu has showered praises on his wife for her role in his life and career.

The thespian stated that he would not have made it this far in his career without her.

He said this while celebrating her on her birthday.

The actor appreciated her for the  encouragement in difficult times, vowing to continue to love and adore her.

In the clip shared via his Instagram page, Agu could be seen serenading his wife with his melodious voice as he sang the ‘Happy Birthday’ song for her.

He said, “I want to thank you for being an amazing person to me. I want to thank you for letting me be your husband. Even God knows I wouldn’t have made it this far without your support.

“Thank you for being one of the major reasons I refuse to give up on life. I might not have gold or silver to give you, but believe me when I say my love for you will remain, My Queen.”

Nollywood Actress, Dakore Akande Threatens Lawsuit Over Purported Affair With Akpabio

Meanwhile, Nollywood actress, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, has denied rumours of having an affair with the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.

Naija News reports that this comes after an Instagram blog listed the names of some female Nigerian celebrities, including Dakore, alleging they are Akpabio’s sidechicks.

Reacting via a post on her Instagram page, the movie star described the allegations as a wicked lie, noting she has never met Akpabio.

Dakore said she would not accept the unfounded lie and threatened legal action against the blog for trying to tarnish her image

The thespian also promised to give anyone who could provide evidence of her affair with Akpabio the sum of N5 million.

She said, “I saw calls and text messages this morning, alerting me to a very wicked lie from the pit of hell. I must say that I am very disappointed, I am very shocked, I am appalled and I want to categorically state that I have never ever in my life met the senate president.

“I have not had any cause to see him or be in the same room with him not to talk of being his side chick. I am happily married, I have two beautiful children… so for a blogger, a jobless wicked blogger to decide to put my name amongst women who have been with this man, is totally wicked and unfounded.

“It is a lie from the pit of hell and I am ready for any legal action because at this point, you have messed with the wrong person. I keep to myself, I mind my business, I drink water and I do my work. So for someone to want to tarnish my hard earned name and image for some clicks, no way.

“I am not going to stand for it, I am not going to accept it and I am not going to be quiet about it. I want to put it out there, anyone who can say I have been with this man and you have hard evidence, video or audio, I would give you N5 million right now.

“Because I have worked too hard for my name and reputation for someone to just wake up one morning and want to cause wahala in my life. I reject it and I categorically stand against it.”
