The Baptist Academy Old Students Association (BAOSA) has appointed media executive, High Chief Tony Akiotu as Protem Chairman of its Abuja region, in a move expected to revitalise alumni activities in the nation‘s capital.

Akiotu, a 1977 graduate of the prestigious institution and former group managing director of DAAR Communications Plc (2010-2024), will lead efforts to strengthen the alumni network in Abuja and surrounding states.

BAOSA national president Olumide Ajomale described the appointment as strategic in a statement.
