“I want to call on all the beneficiaries of this programme to be committed and take advantage of the available opportunity to change their narrative of using the cyber space negatively but harnessed the positive opportunities. 10,000 youths are going to be trained physically and online, although, the programme was designed to be physical, because some of the applicants have gone for the National Youths Service Corps programme and the governor directed that no one shortlisted for the training should be left out, we have created an online platform to enable them join the class wherever they are,” he said.
