Organisers of ‘The Breaking the Coconut Show’, also known as the BTCShow, have launched a new series on YouTube dedicated to career and personal development, aimed at workplace innovation.
Charles Umeh, the group leader, revealed that the series is designed to serve as a masterclass for business owners and thought leaders worldwide, focusing on empowering the next generation of professionals.
“Our new series is more than just a show; it is a movement aimed at inspiring and equipping the next generation of professionals. By sharing real stories and actionable advice, we strive to create a lasting impact, helping viewers navigate and excel in their careers,” he said.
He also highlighted that the YouTube series would feature global perspectives of business owners of Nigerian and African descent, who share their success stories and lessons learned in the global marketplace.
“The YouTube channel seeks to be the go-to place for conversation in the career development space,” Umeh said.

Umeh, who is currently a career development author, said the series is aimed at enhancing professional growth, especially in workplace and human resource development. He believes the series would encourage brain gain by exploring the positive impacts of skilled innovation and growth.
Concerning the changing workplace, Umeh called for collaborations among youths for career development, adding that the YouTube channel, Breaking the Coconut Show, would also help spread the word by sharing the content and becoming part of a community dedicated to growth and excellence.
