The Nigeria Rugby League has announced the appointment of Bolu Fagborun as the head coach for the women’s national team as they prepare for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Kenya.
Bolu Fagborun brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role. He previously served as the head coach for the national men’s team during the MEA Championship 2022 in Ghana. Under his leadership, the men’s team clinched the prestigious MEA Championship title in 2024.
The upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Kenya present a significant opportunity for the women’s team to showcase their talent and determination on the international stage.
