The Super Falcons retain their ranking as the 36th best team in the world and first in Africa, a position they have held since March this year when they dropped from 34th in December 2023 to 36th.

The Bayana Bayana of South Africa are second behind Nigeria in Africa and 50th in the world after moving up one spot from their 51st ranking in June.
