A Katsina State Internal Revenue Service delegation visited the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) to exchange ideas and information and observe its operational procedures.
In his remarks during the visit, the chairman of Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service, Comrade Jerry Adams, commended the delegation of Katsina State Internal Revenue Service for the peer review engagement visit and promised to make all the necessary information available to propel the sister agency’s collections.
Adams said the engagement and interactions were robust and very beneficial to both parties, as the two agencies look forward to more collaborations.
“Today I led the executive management team and other management staff of the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service to host a high-powered delegation from the Katsina State Internal Revenue Service who came on peer review and tour to understudy our processes and tax administration system,” KADIRS boss said.
Earlier, the team lead, who doubles as the executive director of revenue operations of Katsina State Internal Revenue Service (KTIRS), Almustapha Bishir, reiterated the commitment of his organisation to learn, exchange ideas, build and enhance the efficiency of the agency.
