Raphael Varane seems to be fully enjoying his time off after the conclusion of his contract with Manchester United.
The 31-year-old, who joined the Premier League side in August 2021 for approximately €40 million, has ended his tenure at the club, as both parties chose not to exercise the option for an additional year.
Currently rumoured to be on the verge of a return to football with Italian Serie A club Como, as reported by transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Varane is making the most of his break from the game.
Recently, the former Real Madrid defender shared snapshots of his vacation with former teammate and captain, Bruno Fernandes.
In a social media post captioned "Easy or not," the duo was seen attempting to balance on a surfing board while at sea. The collage vividly captured their efforts to stand on the board before they ultimately toppled into the water.

Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Manchester United looks poised to smash a transfer record, with an exit for Mason Greenwood.
Ligue 1 club Olympique Marseille have reached an agreement in principle with Greenwood ahead of an imminent move.
Reports specify that the transfer of Greenwood is estimated to cost around €27.6 million, with additional add-ons expected to push the total to approximately €31.6mil.
